About All Relative

All Relative was founded by Dr Eliza Filby to turn her work as a thought leader on generational change, and the shifting nature of work, wealth and want, into practical, scalable solutions for organisations across the globe.

Founded on the belief that the biggest challenges facing organisations today are not just technological, but social, All Relative helps leaders understand the deeper forces reshaping work, wealth, consumer behaviour, family life, and modern society.

The name reflects a core idea running through Eliza’s work: that understanding change requires context. In an increasingly digital and fragmented world, All Relative reflects the importance of thinking relationally - about generations, institutions, families, and the ways people relate to one another.
